The Guild of Master Craftsman Publications is a leading publisher of photography, craft, wellbeing, woodworking and children's magazines and books, based in Lewes, East Sussex. We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic team player to work full-time in our books department. The role will involve providing administrative support for the Books Editorial and Production departments and helping coordinate day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities & Duties include:

  • Administration support for the departments
  • Maintaining our databases
  • Creating and processing contractual documents
  • Collating covers and spreads for marketing events
  • Helping coordinate reprints
  • Assisting editors with picture research
  • Liaising with authors and dealing with enquiries

Requirements:

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Previous experience with Word and Excel is essential
  • Knowledge of InDesign an advantage
