We are supporting a leading global broker as they undertake a major transformation programme centred on the wholesale implementation of Calypso across their derivatives business. As part of this programme, they are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner with deep Calypso product expertise to lead the business-driven design and configuration of the platform across multiple asset classes. This role sits at the intersection of business, operations and technology, ensuring complex trading and operational requirements are translated into a coherent platform configuration and scalable operating model. This is a senior role within the programme and will play a key part in shaping how the platform supports front-to-back derivatives workflows across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product design and configuration governance for the Calypso platform implementation.
  • Translate complex cross-product business requirements into clear platform configuration and product design.
  • Define and maintain product templates, workflows and operational configurations across asset classes.
  • Ensure consistency in how products and workflows are represented across FX, Rates, Commodities and OTC derivatives.
  • Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders, operations teams and technology partners.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams and vendors to ensure the platform is configured in line with business needs.
  • Support testing cycles, ensuring the platform is validated against defined workflows and product configurations.
  • Drive operational adoption of the platform, ensuring processes and controls are aligned with the new operating model.
  • Contribute to the overall product roadmap for the platform as it evolves across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Calypso product architecture and configuration.
  • Strong experience across FX, Rates, Commodities and OTC derivatives workflows.
  • Experience translating business requirements into system configuration within trading platforms.
  • Proven ability to define product templates, lifecycle workflows and operational configurations.
  • Strong track record of running requirements workshops across business and technology teams.
  • Experience owning product roadmaps and driving platform adoption within large organisations.
  • Ability to operate effectively across front office, operations and technology stakeholders.
