G MASS are partnering with a fast-growing, product-led AI technology company to appoint a Technical Recruiter supporting hiring across its R&D organisation. The role covers Product Engineering, AI/LLM Engineering, Product Management, and Design, working closely with senior leaders to build high-performing, balanced teams.

This is a hands-on role owning end-to-end hiring, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing across the UK and Europe, pipeline development, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll also play a key role in refining and scaling hiring processes as the business continues to grow.

Based in Edinburgh or open to relocating there.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to define hiring needs and build effective hiring plans.
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through to offer management.
  • Proactively source and develop talent pipelines across the UK and Europe.
  • Engage and assess candidates across Product, Engineering, AI/LLM, and Design roles.
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience at every stage.
  • Help evolve and refine hiring processes, interview structure, and recruiting tools as the organisation grows.
  • Act as a strong gatekeeper on talent quality, ensuring high hiring standards are maintained throughout.
Requirements:
  • Experience recruiting across engineering, with exposure to either product or design hiring.
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills, with confidence engaging and converting passive candidates.
  • Solid assessment judgement across disciplines, with a clear understanding of what “high quality” looks like in different roles.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with technical and product stakeholders at varying levels.
  • High level of ownership, with a track record of driving processes forward and successfully closing roles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift.
