G MASS are partnering with a fast-growing, product-led AI technology company to appoint a Technical Recruiter supporting hiring across its R&D organisation. This role is based in Edinburgh or open to relocating there.

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through to offer management.
  • Proactively source and develop talent pipelines across the UK and Europe.
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience at every stage.
  • Help evolve and refine hiring processes, interview structure, and recruiting tools as the organisation grows.
  • Act as a strong gatekeeper on talent quality, ensuring high hiring standards are maintained throughout.
  • Solid assessment judgement across disciplines, with a clear understanding of what “high quality” looks like in different roles.
