The Opportunity
- Develop and execute a high-performance sales strategy aligned to ambitious growth objectives
- Lead and inspire an external Business Development and Key Account Management team
- Oversee commercial, sales operations, service and marketing functions to ensure alignment and market impact
- Strengthen and expand OEM and distribution channel partnerships globally
- Identify new markets, routes to market and commercial opportunities
- Build a high-performance, accountable and results-driven sales culture
This is a pivotal, senior-influencing leadership role with full responsibility for driving revenue growth and profitability across the UK and international markets. - Proven track record of leading and developing remote/external sales teams within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Demonstrable success driving growth through OEM and/or distribution channels
- Experience operating across UK and international markets
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue, margin and long-term value creation
- Gravitas and credibility to operate at executive level while motivating teams on the ground
- Innovative, forward-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
