My client is looking to recruit an excellent Office and Operations Manager who can demonstrate the proven ability to take responsibility for the following areas:
- Looking after and managing all office operations and facilities
- Managing all office equipment, services and associated systems
- Office supplies
- All operational support to the core business
- Maintenance of all office standards, including health and safety
- Management of junior team members
- Office moves when required
- Organising and coordinating meetings
- Workplace risk assessments
- Monitoring third party expenditure and all areas of relevant procurement
- Maintaining key company records
- Developing operational strategy and business objectives
The Office Operations Manager will assume full responsibility for workplace management, supplier relationships, governance and business support; the successful candidate will be an integral part of ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across the company.
To be considered for this excellent position candidates will need to have experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience as either an Office Manager or an Operations Manager
- Team leadership and mentoring skills
- The ability to oversee workplace operations, facilities management, supplier relationships and business support
- Managing third party supplier relationships
- Very strong MS Office
- Ability to lead ad hoc projects
- Health and Safety awareness
- Procurement
- The ability to examine existing processes and procedures and make significant improvements where required
