My client wishes to hear from strong Service Transition Analysts to join their expanding IT department. This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days a week in the office. Applicants will need to show that they are strong in the following areas:
- Own the Service Portfolio lifecycle.
- Drive service maturity and continuous improvement.
- Design supportable, scalable IT services.
- Create practical support models and Service Design Packages.
- Ensure services are ready before go-live.
- Lead services smoothly into live operation.
- Manage transition plans, acceptance criteria, and readiness.
