Overview

City based IT Team Leader. Hybrid role 2 days WFH. 3 days in the office. Excellent role that will suit someone who wishes to build on existing skillset and experience. My client is looking to recruit a strong IT specialist who will assume the management and leadership of a small and dedicated team of IT Professionals. The role will include, but not be restricted to:

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the IT infrastructure and ensuring all systems and technologies remain up to date
• Ensuring cyber security protocols remain best of breed
• Full provision of all levels of technical support for local and remote users
• Installation of new systems, hardware, software etc
• Hardware/software fault diagnosis and resolution
• Management of a small team of IT professionals
• Provision of IT and Cyber training courses
• Managing an Apple estate
• Hardware/software inventories
• Project based work when and where required

Qualifications

• Very strong M365 experience
• Excellent cyber security awareness
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors
• Strong contractual awareness and the ability to negotiate with suppliers
• A very strong all round Microsoft background
• The willingness to commute to the St Paul\’s area of London at least three days a week
