My client needs to recruit, for an initial six month fixed term contract (you will be on their payroll) a very good 1st and 2nd Line IT Support professional who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- M365, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint
- MS Intune
- MS Windows
- Understanding of Access Control technology
Candidates will need a minimum of two years IT Support experience.
Strong teamwork and collaboration.
Excellent user liaison skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good problem solver.
Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
The role will include:
- Technical support enquiries
- Device configuration
- Managing a M365 environment
- Configuring all anti-virus software, operating systems
- Hardware/software support
