THIS ROLE IS A WEEKEND ON CALL SUPPORT ROLE. You will be paid an oncall rate, then an hourly rate if you need to go to site. You must be based near Aberdeen to attend site visits when needed.

The Company: My client is an IT managed service and support business that supports customers in the public and commercial sectors across the UK.

The Role: They currently have an opportunity for an IT support engineer to provide an oncall and support cover 2-3 weekends per month. You will provide out of hours support at the weekend to allow 7 days per week IT support coverage of commercial and public sector customers in the Aberdeen area. This can be remote and onsite if needed.

Ideally You Will Have:

  • Experience in IT support, remote and onsite.
  • Good desktop and laptop support experience.
  • Printer support experience.
  • Some Microsoft applications experience.
  • A Disclosure Scotland certificate would be an advantage.
