IT Team Lead – City of London (GMA Consulting)

Hybrid role: 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office.

We are looking for an experienced IT specialist to manage a small team of IT professionals and lead the city\’s IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure all systems and technologies remain up to date
• Ensure cyber security protocols remain best of breed
• Provide full technical support for local and remote users
• Install new systems, hardware, software, etc.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults
• Manage a small team of IT professionals
• Deliver IT and cyber training courses
• Manage an Apple estate
• Maintain hardware/software inventories
• Execute project‑based work when and where required

Qualifications

• Very strong M365 experience
• Excellent cyber security awareness
• Experience working with 3rd‑party vendors
• Strong contractual awareness and ability to negotiate with suppliers
• Robust Microsoft background
• Willingness to commute to the St Paul\’s area of London at least three days a week
