The Company: Is a UK IT consultancy that designs, implements, and supports IT infrastructure and software solutions for customers across the UK.

THE ROLE: This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing in a dynamic business environment. You will co-operate with and advise the Sales team in recommending and providing:

  • Effective sales support and promotional activities required to meet company targets.
  • You will have a genuine interest in sales and marketing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and attention to detail and a basic understanding of social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • As an Apprentice you will have a willingness to learn and the ability to take initiative.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, website).
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Help prepare promotional materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
