We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Solution Designer to lead the migration from SAGE and MS Dynamics Great Plains (GP) to SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities- Lead workshops with stakeholders and end users to define current processes and business requirements.
- Provide document insights, identify gaps, and develop a detailed SAP Blueprint for accurate project estimation.
- Design and integrate SAP solutions with existing systems and relevant modules (FI, CO, SD).
- Oversee SAP activities from design through post‑go‑live support, managing risks and ensuring all milestones are met.
- Oversee SAP customisations and development to address unique business needs.
- Serve as the primary technical authority, translating complex concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- At least 10 years of SAP implementation experience.
- Relevant professional SAP certifications.
- Proven ability to lead SAP teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Skill in gathering requirements from cross‑functional teams.
- Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (especially FI/CO) and integration with MM and SD.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive‑level reporting.
- Strong leadership and collaboration, with a record of successful SAP project delivery.
- Competence in technical risk assessment and management.
