This role is for an Assistant Associate to provide high quality, general administrative support to the team and clients as required. You will be working on a portfolio of schemes across Governance Pension support services and contribute actively to the organisation's collaborative working environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide high quality, general administrative support to the team and clients, as required.
- Work on a portfolio of schemes across Trusteeship and Governance support services.
- Ensure that scheme fact files are kept updated, and that matters arising and Work-In-Progress lists are maintained on a weekly basis.
- Maintain key scheme governance documents such as trustee training and attendance logs, conflicts of interest register, declaration of interests register, etc., regularly and accurately.
- Coordinate and apply appropriate signatures for trustee documents and investment transitions.
- Ensure that annual trustee training questionnaires/trustee board evaluation questionnaires are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with the collation of information required to ensure scheme accounts are completed on time.
What We Are Looking For
Ideally you will be educated to A-level or equivalent and have strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite. One to three years' experience dealing with defined benefit occupational pension schemes. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (advisors, technical specialists, senior executives, clients).
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO CENTRAL LONDON 2 WORKING DAYS PER WEEK. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID UK WORK VISA TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
