Our client is a highly respected London based contractor providing building and maintenance services to a diverse range of clients.

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Central London

The Role: As a Site Manager, you will oversee renovation works at prestigious commercial sites, including universities, student accommodation, museums, hospitals, and heritage projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the project and carrying out all key site management duties, including:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implementing essential safety and security protocols, including Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, and Critical Safety Audits.
  • Handling material requisitions efficiently to prevent delays and optimise commercial terms.
  • Working closely with contractors to improve safety standards and implement additional programs.
  • Participating in Design Team Meetings, providing valuable input into build-ability, Health & Safety, and process improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • SMSTS and First Aid certifications (essential).
  • NVQ 6 Black Managers CSCS card (preferred).
  • Educated to HND level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Manager.
  • Strong leadership, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage similarly sized commercial renovation projects.
