The Role

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Hoist Operator & Slinger for a high-profile site in the City of London. Working closely with the contractors team, your main responsibility will be slinging safely and lifting roofing materials up to the roof level using our newly installed electric hoist. You'll be the critical link on the ground, ensuring materials arrive safely and on time so the onsite roofers can distribute them smoothly and keep the project moving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely attaching and slinging various roofing materials for vertical lifting.
  • Operating the electric hoist in strict accordance with site safety protocols.
  • Communicating clearly with the roofing team at height.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit, fast-paced onsite team.
