Title: Microsoft 365 Administrator (SharePoint Specialist)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with deep expertise in SharePoint Online (Modern Experience) to join our IT team. This role is responsible, under general supervision, for the administration, configuration, and support of our Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on SharePoint architecture, governance, and integration with other M365 services. We are looking for a candidate that brings a sharp attention to detail, a commitment to precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment where resilience and adaptability are key. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Design, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to empower them through training and support, ensuring content is uploaded and maintained according to best practices.
• Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Assist with maintaining the hybrid, on-prem and Azure AD environment sync.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular audits, and apply any required updates.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and develop SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell.
• Assist in managing user access, roles, and licenses across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, diagrams and training materials.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of extensive hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online. (Modern Experience)
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
• Experience with SharePoint site architecture, and content management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-102, SC-300, or SharePoint Associate).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and MS Purview, a plus.
• Experience with MS Azure and AWS, a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) as they relate to Microsoft 365.
