We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Systems Manager to lead and support our organization’s technology infrastructure and digital strategy. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:

  • System Oversight & Management
    • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and lead IT staff, including systems analysts, support specialists, and developers.
    • Assign tasks, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
  • Project Management
    • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects such as system upgrades, software rollouts, or data migrations.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are robust and compliant with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or systems administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct or supervisory experience with infrastructure support including virtualization, networks, servers, desktops, printers, database management, telephone integration, security and helpdesk.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management and IT service management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting virtual environments using Hyper-V or VMware.
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Intune, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
  • Experience supporting IT in manufacturing, engineering, motorsports or high-performance environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C#, and SQL.
  • Experience with API development and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Knowledge of database systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of manufacturing systems (ERP, WMS, MES) and industrial automation.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
