You will lead daily operations in a high-precision mill-turn cell, drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, and provide technical leadership across tooling, setup, and troubleshooting.
You will mentor CNC machinists, coordinate priorities with the Machine Shop Manager, and ensure accurate in-process records and part inspection to meet tight specifications.
