A high street law firm with a decent reputation is seeking to recruit a qualified fee earner to join their busy and successful team at one of their offices situated within an affluent town that offers access to high quality work.

The Residential Conveyancer role will involve taking over a caseload of matters relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties and specialist transactions with support.

Ideally, you will have excellent experience as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, able to run a caseload with or without supervision.
