Private Client Team - Probate Lawyer We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Probate Lawyer/Solicitor (1-4 years' PQE) to join our client within their established Private Client team in Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing exceptional advice and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion.
Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
Advising executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries.
Administering estates, including the collection and distribution of assets.
Preparing estate accounts and related documentation.
Advising on inheritance tax and related probate matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
Have a minimum of 1 years' PQE, or equivalent experience in probate and estate administration.
Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
Be able to manage your own caseload efficiently.
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Be proactive, personable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
