Experienced Conveyancer required to support in-house team growth at an established property business.
A leading property trading business (B2C sector) that specialises in residential property sales/purchases across the UK, providing services that enable sales when time is of the essence.
They partner with an existing legal practice which ensures high standards, good compliance and good client outcomes. They are looking to grow their in-house team that manages the bulk of the transactions.
You’ll be running your own residential files (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity) from start to finish, working closely with clients, agents, lenders and a partnered law firm.
It’s a busy environment and would be considered a "high volume" - so organisation and attention to detail are key.
Required:
- Solid residential conveyancing experience (leasehold and freehold)
- Comfortable with SDLT, searches, Land Registry applications and drafting the usual conveyancing documents
- High-volume experience is helpful, and any exposure to unregistered title or new build work is a bonus
Apply if you are a qualified Conveyancer or very experienced "non or part-qualified conveyancer" - highly competent in running files independently with a demonstrable track record.
There’s plenty of future growth in this role if that’s something you’d be looking for. Equally, if you’re happy to put in a hard day’s work week in week out and close your laptop until "tomorrow", then we’d be delighted to speak to you.
