Highly experienced Conveyancer required to support the growth of the In-House Legal Team within an established property business. My client is a leading property trading business (B2C sector) that specialises in residential property sales and purchases across the UK, providing services that enable sales when time is of the essence!
They partner with an existing legal practice which ensures high standards, compliance, and client-focused delivery. You’ll be running your own residential files (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity) from start to finish, working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and a partnered law firm.
Required: A highly technical residential conveyancer (qualified or part) with leasehold and freehold experience, comfortable with working at all stages of the process, coupled with excellent commercial awareness. Able to make decisions and provide leadership.
