Conveyancing Legal Assistant
Eastbourne, East Sussex
Full-time, Office based,
Key Support Required For an Established Team At This Well Known Eastbourne Practice, a Great Opportunity to Develop Your Conveyancing Expertise Further.
If you're looking for a position that will see you working closely with highly experienced conveyancers, gaining exposure to a good range of work at a supportive and very friendly firm this is a role that should interest you.
The firm is one of the established East Sussex High Street names, very supportive of their staff with a continuous pipeline of satisfied clients and repeat business. They need you step in and provide key support on a range of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of leasehold ad freehold properties, remortgages, equity release, transfer of equity and other related transactions.
The position would suit you if you have prior experience in residential property and are looking to take a step forward and build upon your existing expertise.
The practice offers a really down to earth and personable approach to their clients and the way the firm is run too. They have a good track record of both staff retention and staff development and welcome individuals keen to develop their careers, with a mix of both qualified solicitors and FCILEx lawyers in the senior ranks of the practice.
