The Role

You'll be advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases
  • Property investment transactions
  • Development land and development projects
  • Property finance and secured lending

  • Healthcare and care sector properties

The team acts for clients ranging from start-ups and owner-managed businesses through to established commercial organisations and investors.

About You

A Commercial Property lawyer/solicitor with experience handling transactional commercial property matters. You will ideally:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with Commercial Property experience (2yrs+ min)
  • Enjoy building relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Have a practical and commercial approach to legal advice
  • Be confident managing your own workload
  • Be keen to continue developing your technical knowledge and career
