My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their successful and busy team that consistently wins new business through various channels and their approach and ability to win projects.
The successful candidate will specialise in representing clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents or negligence, providing expert legal advice and advocacy throughout the claims process.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through to resolution, including settlement negotiations and court proceedings.
- Conduct thorough case assessments, gather evidence, and prepare legal documentation.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties to secure favourable outcomes for clients.
- Provide clear legal advice to clients regarding their rights, options, and potential outcomes of their claims.
- Liaise with medical professionals, experts, and witnesses to support case development.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and related legal precedents to ensure the delivery of current best practice.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor specialising in personal injury law.
- Able to work under supervision or independently.
- Proven experience in handling personal injury claims with a track record of successful negotiations.
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- I.T savvy and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
