One of the established names across the Brighton & Hove legal sector, are keen to find an individual committed to conveyancing to provide key support to an established fee earner.

The Role

Working 1-2-1 with an experienced fee earner, you will provide end-to-end support on residential conveyancing matters from file opening to post completion duties and file closure.

While acquired experience is preferred, an ability to demonstrate clear understanding of the conveyancing process with a legal academic background is key. On the job training and support is available for those able to clearly demonstrate commitment and willingness to go the extra mile and learn at pace.

About You

A motivated and organised individual with previous experience within a residential property team.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working in a Conveyancing team
  • Good knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
  • Experience assisting with sales, purchases and/or remortgages
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A genuine team player
