GM Global Recruitment are working with an Engineering Consultant that have several offices in Scotland and are currently looking to appoint a Director who has a track record of running a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy. Consultancy background is essential and you will have experience across a range of Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.
The role involves:
- Responsible for the day to day management of the Glasgow office.
- Leading a small team of Engineers and Technicians.
- Full budgetary and P&L responsibility, so commercial awareness is essential.
- Responsible for the career development and mentorship of the team.
- Develop existing client relationships as well as generating new ones.
- Personable, good communicator and natural leader.
