Job Title: Driver / Yardman / Warehouse Operative Location: Erdington, North Birmingham Salary: The hourly rate is dependent on experience starting from £17per hour. Work Pattern: Normal working hours are Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week (7.00 am to 3pm) with overtime optional and available. Job Type: Self-Employed – Full Time Hours A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Multi-Skilled Plumber (ideally with labouring/building experience) to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople. The ideal candidate will have worked in the building trade for at least 3 years and hold a plumbing qualification. Experience in these other areas is desirable: Carpentry Painting and decorating Plastering/ rendering Brick laying Tiling Basic electrics Property repair and maintenance General building workPlease only apply if you have the relevant experience as successful applicants will be invited for an interview and references will be checked. Our customer base is extensive from all NHS Trusts across Birmingham, Local Councils, Schools and Educational establishments and letting agents to home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions. We are based in Erdington, North Birmingham but you will be required to work in different areas across Birmingham and the West Midlands area.
