Band 2, £25,949 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours) / £13.45 per hour.

  • Hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
  • Experience of dealing with customers and groups, clubs and organisations.
  • Hold Emergency First Aid or demonstrate commitment and ability to achieve within 3-6 months.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public.
  • Friendly, outgoing person who likes to work with different clients.
  • Ability to follow laid down procedures, work under pressure and without constant supervision.
  • Ability to carry out different tasks cheerfully and with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication; both oral and written, and excellent interpersonal skills.
