The predicted salary is between 23735 - 29009 £ per year.

Band 3, £26,668 - £29,877 (pro-rate for part time hours) Heywood Civic, Middleton Arena and other sites as required.

When you join Your Trust as a Front of House Manager, you will be part of a charity based in Rochdale that aims to support every member of our diverse community to live their best life; inspiring them to be healthier, happier and creative people.

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of the Venues. This includes using your excellent customer service skills to be the public face of the Events and Entertainment operation at Middleton Arena, Heywood Civic Centre and other sites as required by leading the day to day delivery of events and activities, providing line management to staff, ensuring regular and effective communication across the Team as well as ensuring exceptional customer service and health and safety standards.

What do I need to have?

  • Qualified to Level 3 in event management, customer service or qualified by experience
  • Experience of working closely with promoters and artists
  • Experience of managing and providing direction to staff
  • Commercial awareness of performing arts and entertainment opportunities
  • Demonstrate an ability to handle sensitive situations sympathetically and ensure confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety issues and regulations that apply to facility management
  • Ability to relate to all people including establishing relationships and trust, working as part of a team and working under pressure
  • Ability to provide clear instruction, set targets, motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
