Your mission Glyphic is an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform that transforms how sales teams work. We are on a mission to free sales professionals from tedious tasks and unlock the hidden insights in every conversation, empowering teams to build stronger relationships and close more deals. Responsibilities

  • Building our product from end to end: You’ll be one of the early Engineers shaping our product, and will work across our whole tech stack.
  • Shipping fast: We like to iterate quickly, and believe done is better than perfect.
  • Investing in developer experience: You’ll be implementing clean, well tested code, and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures.
  • Working closely with a high-trust team: Glyphic is a small but mighty team, we’re regularly in the office collaborating together.
  • Engaging directly with customers: We believe in understanding the customer deeply leads to building the best solution for them.
  • Crafting a beautiful, intuitive user experience: Build AI-powered tools that delight users and make complex sales workflows effortless and enjoyable.
  • Get involved forming an early stage business: Help define our culture, brainstorm marketing ideas, and more there’s so much to do beyond software development.

Your profile

  • You can work full-stack, experienced and up to date with best practices in React and Python.
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably high-growth startups.
  • You’ve built and maintained production systems, with experience in testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
  • Experience building Gen AI / LLM applications is highly valued.
  • You like to keep things simple and find elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • You’re customer-oriented, with a passion for understanding users and crafting intuitive UX.
  • You love teamwork but can also work independently to figure things out.
  • You’re keen to work in our tech stack. It currently includes React, Typescript, and TailwindCSS (front end), Python 3.10, FastAPI, REST, MongoDB, and AWS (backend). Plus you’ll play a role in helping define it further.
