Building our product from end to end: You will be one of the early Engineers shaping our product, and will work across our whole tech stack.

Shipping fast: We like to iterate quickly, and believe done is better than perfect.

Investing in developer experience: You will implement clean, well‐tested code, and build scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures.

Working closely with a high‐trust team: Glyphic is a small but mighty team, we are regularly in the office collaborating together.

Engaging directly with customers: Understanding the customer deeply leads to building the best solution for them.

Crafting a beautiful, intuitive user experience: Build AI‐powered tools that delight users and make complex sales workflows effortless and enjoyable.

Get involved forming an early stage business: Help define our culture, brainstorm marketing ideas, and more; there is so much to do beyond software development.

Your profile:

• You can work full‐stack, experienced and up to date with best practices in React and Python.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably high‐growth startups.
• You have built and maintained production systems, with experience in testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience building Gen AI / LLM applications is highly valued.
• You like to keep things simple and find elegant solutions to complex problems.
• You are customer‐oriented, with a passion for understanding users and crafting intuitive UX.
• You are keen to work in our tech stack, which currently includes React, Typescript, and TailwindCSS (front end), Python 3.10, FastAPI, REST, MongoDB, and AWS (backend).
