Responsibilities:
- Building our product from end to end: You will be one of the early Engineers shaping our product and will work across our whole tech stack.
- Shipping fast: We like to iterate quickly, and believe done is better than perfect.
- Investing in developer experience: You will be implementing clean, wellâtested code, and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures.
- Working closely with a highâtrust team: Glyphic is a small but mighty team, we are regularly in the office collaborating together.
- Engaging directly with customers: We believe in understanding the customer deeply leads to building the best solution for them.
- Crafting a beautiful, intuitive user experience: Build AIâpowered tools that delight users and make complex sales workflows effortless and enjoyable.

Your profile:
- You can work fullâstack, experienced and up to date with best practices in React and Python.
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in highâgrowth startups.
- You have built and maintained production systems, with experience in testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience building Gen AI / LLM applications is highly valued.
- You like to keep things simple and find elegant solutions to complex problems.
- You are customerâoriented, with a passion for understanding users and crafting intuitive UX.
- You love teamwork but can also work independently to figure things out.
- You are keen to work in our tech stack, which currently includes React, Typescript, and TailwindCSS (front end), Python 3.10, FastAPI, REST, MongoDB, and AWS (backend).
