Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (SES) We are looking for a qualified Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (SES) to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for building relationships with the Company’s prospects, clients and partners, and delivering reliable revenues based on our leading position in the sustainability/ESG ecosystem. The SES position reports to the Chief Growth Officer. As an SES at GLYNT.AI, you will lead initial sales calls with potential customers and partners. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term customer and partner relationships. Your Experience Five to seven years of experience as an enterprise sales professional Three years of experience as an account executive, demonstrated ability of closing F2000 customer s Demonstrated experience at carrying and meeting enterprise sales quota Proven ability to build account plans, demonstrating understanding of the complex enterprise sales cycle Proven track record of successful selling with and through partners Able to develop long-term relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage new business and current target accounts Experience working in a fast-growing sales environment Experience working on tightly-focused, highly transparent sales team Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of midmarket and enterprise-level accounts to achieve long-term success Develop positive relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process Co-sell with sellers and sales executives from Company’s key partners Develop positive relationships with sellers and sales executives from Company’s key partners Act as the point of contact and handle customer and prospect needs needs Set and track sales progress by target, aligned with the Company’s objectives and reporting system Work with marketing to set up ABM profiles and campaigns for your prospects Work with Company’s senior management and key partners to develop sales strategies for specific verticals and regions Execute Discovery – Surface business pains with the customer that require a sustainability data solution, then drive the discovery process — in conjunction with Company’s internal resources to build a Statement of Work (SOW) Selling Relationship Development – Contact and network with C-Level, business & IT decision makers Account Management — Build the account plan and track it weekly to ensure forward momentum, risk mitigation and reliable sales Develop the Business Case — Coordinate with customer and senior management to build a strong business case for GLYNT.AI with each qualified account Meet regularly with the Company’s leadership team to ensure alignment of business development efforts with stated goals and targets Meet regularly with Customer Success and Product to convey customer pains and needs Track all prospects, leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities per established standards and processes Participate in weekly business review s Requirements Four to seven years of experience as a sales professional Three years of experience as an enterprise sales executive, demonstrated ability of closing F5000 customers Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle (manage inbound leads, outreach, proposal creation, contract negotiations, closing, metrics reporting) Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting quota for enterprise sales accounts Experience with Software-as-a-Service or Data-as-a-Service business models Ability to stay focused and apply business acumen in a fast-paced environment Strong written and spoken communication skills College degree required Must have ability to travel as needed (up to 25% of time) Must keep regular business hours, coordinated with senior management in a Work From Home (WFH) environment. Must be able to self-manage, stay coordinated with a dispersed team, and remain focused in a WFH model.
