Glyndon Medical Centre in Woolwich is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care, immunisations, wound care, and cervical screening.
This 25-hour-per-week role runs Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a monthly late-night clinic until 8:00pm. You will support long-term condition management and health promotion while contributing to QOF and audits.
