Job Description
The role is to act as a Weekend Lettings Assistant, ensuring the smooth running of the school’s Astro facility during weekend lettings. Responsibilities include opening and securing the site, welcoming and supporting users, overseeing equipment and facilities, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledge of sports facilities and lettings processes (advantageous).
- Pro‑active with a can‑do approach.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic maintenance skills and willingness to learn.
