We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning) to join the leadership team at Glyn School. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping and sustaining a culture of exceptional classroom practice, high expectations, and continuous improvement across the school.

Working in close partnership with the Headteacher and the wider senior leadership team, the successful candidate will lead the strategic development of teaching and learning, ensuring that every student benefits from consistently high-quality provision. The role includes driving an evidence-informed approach to pedagogy and embedding a coherently sequenced, ambitious curriculum that supports outstanding outcomes for all.

Working as part of the Senior Management team you will be an excellent practitioner with a proven track record of driving forward change, leading and inspiring people to deliver to a high standard. With strong leadership abilities, you will demonstrate resilience, tenacity and integrity combined with a focus on continuous improvement to secure positive outcomes for students and the school community.
