Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant eager for a new opportunity or looking to gain experience in an ‘Outstanding’ school? Glyn School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with students who have additional SEND needs. This position is ideal for both experienced Teaching Assistants and individuals aspiring to begin a career in education. Glyn School’s SEND department plays an important role throughout the school. We are an enthusiastic and supportive department, who are committed to providing high quality teaching and support to our students. We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support students across all key stages in their learning. Prospective colleagues will be able to successfully support students from a range of backgrounds, with a variety of needs. Working alongside classroom teachers, you will provide in-class support, out of class monitoring for students, and enable them to overcome potential barriers to learning. At Glyn School, we have a strong focus on high aspirations and on improving outcomes for young people. Our dynamic and dedicated LSA team is a core element of this drive and ethos.

- Working Hours: 29.15hrs a week, Monday to Friday - 8.40am - 3pm (Term time only 39 weeks including INSET)
- Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2 £23,651 - £25,618 FTE
- Actual Salary: £16,475.27 - £17,845.48
