We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and have a proven track record in supervising teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- First Aid
- Previous experience of residential construction sites essential.
- The ideal candidate will be situated within a reasonable travelling distance of our offices in Amlwch and have strong knowledge of construction contracts.
- Driving license essential
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
- Manage and supervise site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain project schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients and architects to address any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Prepare reports on project status, including progress updates.
