The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying process, delivering an exceptional experience from initial contact to final sale. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate new or pre-owned vehicles. • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options. • Negotiate pricing and trade-in values with customers while maintaining dealership profitability. • Complete all required documentation and ensure a smooth sales process. • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business. • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks. • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales floor and vehicle lot. • Stay current with automotive trends and product knowledge.
