About the role

We are looking for candidates with previous retail and sales experience who are looking for a career change and would like to work with one of the most successful Independent dealer groups in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding sales results and meet unit sales targets.
• Prospect and create opportunities while dealing with incoming enquiries to the branch.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations at every step of the buying experience.
• Partner with a winning, hard‑working team to achieve collective success.
• Drive repeat business and maintain strong client relationships.

What you’ll bring

• Unrivalled drive to achieve results with a proven sales track record.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, flexible, dedicated and committed personality.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and customer service skills.
• Strong desire to be an integral part of a successful team.
• Valid driving licence.
• Availability for weekend work (at minimum every Saturday and every other Sunday) and a 5‑6 day rota.

Automotive experience is not essential; a full training programme will be provided by Glyn Hopkin and the manufacturers we represent.
