About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail driven Sales Administrator to join our team. Working closely with the Sales Department, you will play a key role in keeping the sales process running smoothly, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Salary: Competitive Salary.
Location: Romford.
Working Hours: Varied.
Employment Type: Full Time.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining all sales administration procedures, ensuring correct documentation is completed within required timeframes.
- Supporting the Sales Department with efficient and proactive administrative back up.
- Operating the Dealer Swap system and, when required, carrying out vehicle inspections in line with company procedures.
- Maintaining accurate filing of all quality records and ensuring they are stored correctly and kept up to date.
- Supporting the implementation of the Company's Quality System and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the relevant procedure manuals.
- Keeping the Sales Administration Office organised and presentable at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Professional and presentable in appearance and approach.
