About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail driven Sales Administrator to join our team. Working closely with the Sales Department, you will play a key role in keeping the sales process running smoothly, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Salary: Competitive Salary. Location: Romford. Working Hours: Varied. Employment Type: Full Time. Closing Date: 25/09/2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining all sales administration procedures, ensuring correct documentation is completed within required timeframes.
  • Supporting the Sales Department with efficient and proactive administrative back up.
  • Operating the Dealer Swap system and, when required, carrying out vehicle inspections in line with company procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate filing of all quality records and ensuring they are stored correctly and kept up to date.
  • Supporting the implementation of the Company's Quality System and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the relevant procedure manuals.
  • Keeping the Sales Administration Office organised and presentable at all times.
