We are seeking a full-time Parts Advisor for an on-site role located in Milton Keynes. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for managing parts inventory and sales, assisting customers with their parts inquiries, fulfilling orders, providing accurate product knowledge, and ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. The role also involves coordinating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts and maintaining records of transactions and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills for handling parts and stock
- Knowledge of automotive parts and excellent product understanding to assist with customer inquiries
- Customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional support and build customer relationships
- Attention to detail and accuracy for order fulfillment and record‑keeping
