Due to our continued expansion and increased call volumes with all the brands we represent, we are recruiting Call Centre Operative to be based at our head office in Romford.

Do you have good communication skills, including both verbal and written? Are you enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, dedicated and a committed individual? Do you possess great interpersonal, negotiating and excellent customer service skills? Can you be part of a winning, hard-working and successful team?

We are looking for full-time staff to work within our Contact Centre. The hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, based on a shift pattern. You will be required to do Call Monitoring and input Data in spreadsheets.

About you:

  • To succeed you must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, dedicated and a committed individual.
  • You must be able to prospect and create opportunities whilst dealing with incoming enquiries to the branch.
  • You will also have a strong desire to see yourself as an integral part of a successful team.
  • You must have Excel knowledge.
  • Engage with customers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ideally you will have experience of working in a Contact Centre environment. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
