Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Advisor role located in Chelmsford. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include executing the sales process, maintaining records, delivering exceptional customer service, and staying updated on product knowledge. The role involves close collaboration with team members and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional Customer Service expertise to build and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales experience, including meeting targets, identifying opportunities, and negotiating effectively.
- Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance skills and gain product knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Previous experience in an automotive sales environment is a plus but not required.
