Working within a small team and reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will have key responsibilities for the:
Responsibilities
- Co‑ordinate all parts sales to ensure customers and technicians have parts when they need them.
- Liaise with the team and customers.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Communicate on the telephone and serve parts to in‑house and retail customers.
- Deliver and collect stock for the busy parts department, including lifting and carrying.
- Use a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product/service that best meets their needs.
- Enjoy a varied role with opportunity to progress with the team.
