About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales pipeline globally. This role is ideal for someone who has some BDR or sales development experience, is comfortable with cold outreach and is curious about science, or already has a background in making scientific topics accessible and engaging.
You’ll work closely with our sales and strategy team to generate and qualify leads, follow up from events, and ensure promising conversations don’t fall through the cracks. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving, impact-driven team and grow into a more strategic sales or partnerships role over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research, identify, and qualify target leads across clinics, longevity providers, and wellness brands
- Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls using tools like Apollo and HubSpot
- Follow up with conference leads and warm intros, moving them toward booked calls
- Personalize outreach using messaging that communicates complex science in simple terms
- Keep the CRM organized and help build scalable outreach workflows
- Support senior sales in preparing for meetings and maintaining deal momentum
Who You Are
- 1–2 years experience in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
- You understand how to build rapport quickly
- You’re curious about health and longevity, and eager to learn the science behind our product
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in outreach
- You’re organized, persistent, and motivated by targets
- Bonus: experience working in healthtech, diagnostics, wellness, or communicating scientific/technical topics to non-experts
