What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor machinery for a small-scale processing plant
- Run hourly quality checks on finished products
- Adjust machinery via PLC panels or on-machine settings
- Assist with minor maintenance and changeovers
- Manage simple production paperwork accurately
- Coordinate with other departments (quality, yard, logistics)
- Load/unload raw and finished materials using telehandlers (training provided)
- Maintain plant cleanliness and hygiene
- Support in outdoor yard and production tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and using stairways
- Good communicator and reliable team player
- Willing to learn new machinery and processes
- Positive attitude and stable employment history
- Telehandler experience is a bonus, but full training is provided
